LiBu is a short icon name for Life Abundantly, and it serves as the national referral marketing arm of Farmworker Enterprise Foundation, an employer-employee based, worker, independent contractors, self-employed network built for the labor industry with contracts, compacts, and is known as a national labor organization, an association under the rules of the IRS 501(c)(5), strictly regulated by the US Labor Department.

LiBu is comprised of a 'Representative Network' that provides a marketing platform based on our partners labor organization alliances (both ERISA-based and non-ERISA based programs). The annual fee is $25 per individual or $99 per business. Once part of the LIBU network, Member Clients enjoy . Once part of the Alliance, Member-Clients enjoy the benefits of discounted premiums on government mandated and elective employee benefits that as per ERISA guidelines are more robust benefits than those in the marketplace, first aid/injury and illness prevention programs with certifications for management and employees on safety awareness, facility OSHA compliance training, business consultation on savings against over-taxation, and a lot more. LiBu's savings are not engaging in traditional forms of advertising: its tax-exempt status, and low overhead pass those savings onto their Member-Clients, and a generous commission structure that benefits our referring Member-Associates (LiBu Representatives).
